- Q In our city, Namaz-e-Jumah is held in masjid A regularly for last more than fifty years. However, there is an exception to this regularity. Whenever Id-ul-Fitr or Id-uz-Zuha falls on a Friday, no Namaz-e- Jumah is held. Is this correct? [1] Al-Musannaf, 1:343; al.Muhgnee, 1:549; Umdatul-Qaari, 5:279.
