It is Jaiz (permissible) to take the sperm from the husband and put it with the ova of the wife in the tube. But they should be wife and husband according to Shariat, and no Namahram should be involved in it, which means it should not involve any Namahram looking at the private parts of the lady or vice-versa.   _{Your Comment}
