How do you build support for ideas/goals with people who do not report to you and you have no authority over?
Answers
In situations where I must build support for my ideas with cross-functional teams, I ensure that I communicate my idea clearly and effectively. I listen to their feedback to the idea and I will make amends if they are necessary to build support or improve on the idea.
