What is the DIFFERENCE between EXPLICIT CURSOR & IMPLICIT CURSOR ?

IMPLICIT CURSORS are automatically opened by issuing a SELECT statement. But the EXPLICIT cursors are to be opened using OPEN, fetching is done using FETCH and closing using CLOSE.   Your Comment
