When the new General Ledger is active, why do documents exist which have a data entry view but no general ledger view in the FI document display (transaction FB03)?
Answers
From the posting data for the fiscal years prior to the migration date, only open items and balances are migrated to the new General Ledger. FI documents with a posting date prior to the migration date are not migrated to the new General Ledger. Therefore, no general ledger view is created for these documents.
